
This mini clamshell is designed for on-site severing and beveling on small piping and valve systems.
The MC has a lightweight structure which incorporates our patented low friction bearing design. This adds strength, accuracy and leads to minimal wear. The MC quickly splits and easily mounts on in-line piping systems, and the extremely compact design allows for easy set up in tight spaces.
The MC portable type cutting and beveling machine will accommodate all tube and pipe sizes ranging from .5" to 2.5" OD.

This narrow body (NB) clamshell is the industry standard for narrow body lightweight pipe cutting and pipe beveling machines.
The NB Clamshell incorporates our unique patented bearing system, it produces excellent surface finishes and helps extend clamshell life and durability. The low and narrow profile of the NB allows this portable type cutting machine to setup with ease in the most difficult of environments.

The MS is designed for pipe cutting, pipe beveling, ID boring, flange facing and OD turning.
The MS has many innovative design features including a new gear clamping feature and motor mount, which allows for a faster, more secure setup and increased rigidity. Compatible locator extensions with the NB and tool blocks/slides with the NB and HD Clamshells give our split frame clamshells more on-site field machining versatility.

The HD Clamshell series are designed for large diameter, heavy wall pipe cutting and pipe beveling applications.
These big split frame clamshell machines are portable for on-site machining applications and can accommodate flange and pipe sizes ranging from 28" to 86" OD. Utilizing our patented, fully adjustable, heavy duty bearing design, these portable pipe cutting machines are capable of cutting, beveling, facing, boring and OD turning on all types of wall thickness.
With its 8.5" axial and 4.7" profile, the split frame HD series machine can fit into tight work areas where other large machines cannot. Our lightweight Clamshell Casing Cutters are the ultimate tool for cold cutting well head casings. These compact, split frame clamshells provide ease of transport and set-up and the spark free cutters offer increased safety by eliminating the need for flame cutting.
Versatility is inherent with up to five different sizes available (3.5" to 26"). Plus they offer the capability of using interchangeable tooling and machine parts throughout the five sizes. Our cold cutting Casing Cutters mount directly onto the OD of well casing, requiring minimal radial and axial clearance (just 4.5" from the back of the machine to the cut line). After the main cut is completed, an optional internal cutting attachment is available for deep bore cuts.

The Axial Feed Module is adaptable to our clamshell pipe cutting and pipe beveling machines. This axial feed system is designed to meet crucial specifications of weld finishing and OD turning in limited space and hostile environments. Axial Feed modules are designed for applications within the highly exacting standards of the nuclear industry. The metal lathe module is also used in some journal turning applications where certain areas of a shaft are worn and in need of repair.
